Malinda Swain is a paper artist working between Australia and the US. With an emphasis on sustainability and recycled materials, Malinda creates large scale, handmade installations for events and venues internationally.
Swain's work has been commissioned by the Philadelphia Horticultural Society for the Philadelphia Flower Show, the Philadelphia Museum of Modern Art Craft Show. the Delaware Art Museum, Longwood Gardens and Saks 5th Ave, NYC.
Swain graduated with a Fine Arts degree from the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University in 2012 majoring in Sculpture, where she was awarded the Fine Art Medal and the Geoffery Rivers Memorial Award for excellence in studio practice.
